»Confiscation on the MEDICA

During the international medical Exhibition MEDICA in Duesseldorf in November 2007 plagiarisms of TENTE products were found again.

Three exhibitors showed products that are partly copied in all details. TENTE promptly reported an offence and the plagiarisms were confiscated by the German customs even during the MEDICA. Further legal steps against the exhibitors followed after the Show.

TENTE invests continuously for the Research and Development of innovative solutions and is the owner of numerous internationally registered designs and patents. To protect the intellectual property all legal possibilities that are TENTE's disposal are used and will be used.
